I received an email from the BlogCatalog team informing me about this wonderful new widget. It is called the News Feed. I think it is better to inform you about it by their own words. Here is an extract from that email.

The BlogCatalog team is excited to announce to you the launch of our newest widget, the News Feed. A widget that many bloggers are calling the most useful, innovative widget that BlogCatalog has launched so far.

How will you benefit from the News Feed widget?

The News Feed widget is a powerful little tool, that when added to your blog will automatically display what you are doing on social networks, that you have added to your BlogCatalog profile, and even more exciting as you use the News Feed widget your blog traffic will increase.

The News Feed comes in a range of different colors to match your blog and automatically displays your activity from a number of social networks including: Amazon Wish lists, BlogCatalog, Delicious, Digg, Facebook, Flickr, Last.fm, Multiply, MySpace, Sphinn, StumbleUpon, Twitter, YouTube, and more.

What makes that so cool?

It makes your social network data portable and it keeps your blog fresh, even when you are somewhere else. It also helps people see which networks you’re active in so they can connect to you on one or all of them. And if you don’t want them to see one, no problem. Just turn it off. It’s that easy.

What’s even better is that your friends can subscribe via RSS to your social activity so they know anytime you submit an article to Digg, StumbleUpon a great site, or post something new to your blog. It can even help some of your posts go viral because all of your BlogCatalog followers and your blog readers will be up to date on your activities.

In fact, you can promote your friend’s post too. Write a comment on Twitter with a link or favorite their YouTube video and then everyone within your network or who reads your blog will see it. The bottom line: it’s very dynamic and versatile tool because it’s one of the first cross social network solutions out there.

Millions of people are looking for ways to generate a real income from the internet. Because many of them have got caught into various quick and easy internet money scams and lost their hardly earned money. I have done a good research on that and I have revealed some of those scams in this blog. I was also looking for a real opportunity and I’m writing this post to inform you about a real way of earning internet money with dedicated work.

I have heard that there are some companies offering money to write posts in our blogs. Therefore I did a Google search and found this fascinating and trustable website called PayPerPost. I did some research on that and found out it is a good and trusted company. The most significant feature I found in PayPerPost is it offers a WIN-WIN situation for both the advertiser and the blogger. Blogger gets the chance to blog on a favorite product or service which will give some useful information to blog readers and the advertiser gets the chance to advertise and inform about his/her product or service to the loyal readers of the particular blog. The blogger can post according to the niche of his blog by selecting offers which fall into his/her niche. Once the post is posted according to the guidelines of the offer and submitted it to the PayPerPost editorial team, they will examine the quality of your post and approve it or reject it. It’s up to the blogger to make sure that his/her post is not rejected. It is also required to put the blogger’s original non-sponsored post before and after every sponsored post of PayPerPost. This guarantees that the blogger maintains the balance and quality of his/her blog.

I will post about the offers from PayPerPost in the future with my own informative and useful posts. And I will definitely maintain and improve the quality of the posts. I will use the money I receive from PayPerPost for the improvements of my family conditions and to help people who needs help (there are many in my country). And I will also use that money to improve the quality and service of my blog.

I hope that this opportunity will be important to you also. Why are you still waiting? Visit PayPerPost and register. It’s absolutely free. You will be paid via PayPal. You will find more information there. I wish you good luck on your relationship with PayPerPost!

I’m not a psychologist to prove that blogs are helping to relieve our mental stress. But I thought to write this post to explain you about something I experience by blogging. Some of us do blogging with a commercial purpose. Some of us do it as a hobby. And some of us are doing this for both as a hobby and a way of income. But what I feel about blogging is, it helps me to relieve my mental stress at least to some extent.

You might agree with the content in this post or might not. This is my personal opinion only. You are always welcome to continue this discussion with your ideas. Almost all of us blog on a niche we like. By blogging about the things we like, I have personally experienced the improvement of my self confidence and relief of my stresses on the working environment. There is a well known and proved simple psychological exercise to relive from the stress generated by a problem. If you have any problem troubling your mind, if you write it on a paper or tell it to someone (you trust of course) you can reduce your stress at least to some extent.

I think we can experience the same result from blogging. There is no need to publish your blog in public. All you have to do is downloading a free blogging platform like Wordpress and installing it in your local machine. Once you setup the blogging platform, you are ready to write. You can write about your problems, ideas, suggestions on various things. This will definitely reduce your mental stress. The locally hosted blog will act as very good listening friend who doesn’t talk. If you do this make sure that you keep your privacy in a very higher level. Put good passwords for your blog’s admin login and the related databases. Otherwise a life spoiler might find your personal data and use them to find money by blackmailing you or providing those data to a third party to use them against you.

I think if you blog about the real problems you face and real ideas, you will definitely be able to relieve from mental stress at least by a small amount. You might be thinking how to measure the reduced amount of stress. But definitely you will feel more comfortable after doing this. So why are you waiting? Let’s have a try. And let me know if you experience any progress.

I thought to write this post as I have experienced this problem that I’m going to explain. You might be wondering why this guy posts a post which is not related to SEO and has he stopped writing about SEO. You don’t have to worry about that. I will continue my posts on SEO. This is just another post that I would like to start a discussion as I think is a good topic to discuss.

I am surfing the internet everyday looking for blogs which have useful information for our career and life. But most of the blogs except some bloggers like mine :-)( I’m not boasting about myself here), are actually not maintained to give real and important information for general people. Most of the blogs that I see are marketing new products or service by posting reviews on them which results a commission for the blog owner. But actually almost 99.99% of them are less informative and useless for a general visitor. It is true that any blogger is willing to make some of money in the internet. But you must do it in a way that the ordinary people will find valuable information from your blog and your money earning mechanisms won’t affect your blog visitors. Otherwise they will be frustrated and discouraged (like me :-() to visit these types of blogs again.

Anyone who finds that a particular blog is very informative, he or she will definitely visit it again or subscribe to it’s feeds. If he or she finds blogs which are filled with advertisements and useless reviews, most probably he or she won’t visit those blogs again. Another thing some bloggers do is adding incomplete information in the posts without a proper study on the subject of the post. Some blogger just simply copy and paste others content which is called scraping. They think that they will be successful by doing that. But the truth is they won’t be able to survive.
