Some websites show discounted prices for few hours. Some asks for referral codes. By seeing this all, you will believe what they say. But to tell you the truth all of these are not real. I say this due to the reasons explained below.

If these people have actually found a system like this, they will never reveal it to others. What they will do is finding more and more ways to improve it and find more profits.

Let’s assume that these people are thinking in a socialist pattern (They say that they want to see all of us get rich with their system. That is why they distribute it). Then if they have really found this system, they will not sell this system. They will distribute it freely for the sake of other people.

Let’s assume that they have really found the system and they don’t like to freely distribute it. Do you think that they will sell this system to a price less than $ 100, which they promise a six figure income per month? NO. I don’t think so. If they sell it, it will be priced to an amount which will be greater than the Warren Buffet’s assets or may be combined assets of him and Bill Gates .

Most of these online systems they sell are a bunch of newly created websites which falls into different niches. All of those websites are furnished with latest advertising systems and traffic generating systems. To tell you the truth the amount of websites doesn’t make any sense if you are really keen on finding some money on the internet. A one website is enough for that to start with. But you have to work hard with it to make it a high ranked one. You can’t automate all the processes related to the improvement of your website. You have to look after it like a small baby. You have to make right decisions at right time. You have to invest on it. You have to change with the emerging technologies if you want to survive in this field. You might say that the providers of this system also take care about it. But actually if they do that, you will definitely have to pay much more than what they ask to pay for the system.

With the evolution of peer-to-peer network technology, various types of downloads have become the major traffic on the internet. Actually most of these downloads are illegal. I will not comment about these illegal downloads as I personally feel that there are both pros and cons in these downloads for a general person. Nowadays, torrents have become the major source of these downloads. There are various torrent client software like BitTorrent, BitComet, BearShare, uTorrent, ABC, BitLord etc. internet users around the world use these software to download movies, music, videos, software(most of them are illegal ), software cracks, e-books and many more. As same as other areas in the internet, there are many very bad crooks playing with these torrents for their benefits and with the intention of harming the general people. These people take their chance when a torrent user does a small mistake. A very small mistake is enough for them to make a big damage. Therefore I will explain some factors about these torrents downloads in this post, that you must consider when you download from torrents.

In the early stages of the torrent downloads, most downloads were reliable and convenient to download. But the situation has been changed drastically. Most of the torrents are being used for the marketing and damaging purposes. Many torrents ask for passwords after fully downloaded. And they ask to visit a certain website and register there. Even you register there; you will not get the password. You will have to enter your email address when you register. Then you will receive various unwanted emails from various websites. My advice is not to register on those websites. You can find a good torrent which suits your requirement in somewhere else. If you need to get the password don’t use your general email address. Some torrents apparently don’t ask for any passwords or serials. And they will work perfectly. But they will install spyware and malware. The worst case is that they can spread a very bad virus with the torrents which finally results a breakdown of the physical or the operating system. Therefore you must install a good antivirus software before start downloading from torrents, which also has a spyware and malware detection mechanism. I recommend Kaspersky even though it is little higher in price. The cost you will have to bear without a good antivirus will be definitely much higher compared to the cost for the antivirus .

Some downloads are illegal and you have to consider about them if your country has very strict regulations on illegal downloads. My advice is to always look for the ratings and comments on every torrent before downloading. These comments and ratings will definitely give you a reasonable idea about the torrent. Then you can decide whether download it or not. And always put comments and ratings according to the result you get from your downloaded torrent. Because then you can help other torrent downloaders by preventing from bad torrents and showing what are good torrents.

This is not a new trend. Some of you may be aware about this and some of you might have already used it. In this post I will explain you what is Business Process Outsourcing and its advantages.

Business process outsourcing is abbreviated as BPO. This is a method mainly used by the companies and individuals in developed counties to reduce their cost in office and other business related work. What they do is, they hand over the office work like, data entry, word processing, typing, all the work related to office package, customer care, research and many more. Some companies outsource the more important works like software development, administrative work, accounting work these days.

Major reason for going for BPO is the cost. Almost all the BPO work is done in Asian developing countries like India, Thailand, Philippines, Sri Lanka and Pakistan. These countries have a very low cost in IT related work and the IT infrastructure is very healthy. They have a lower paid IT work force compared to the IT work force in developed countries. Therefore a company or an individual can reduce their cost by outsourcing work to a BPO company. IT will play a major role here where the client will have to grant access to their servers or the BPO Company has to do that. But when the process is implemented actually it is a big relief for the client. All the work is handled and managed by the BPO team. Therefore the client doesn’t need to take a great concern over the work.

This is a little different post compared to the posts that I have done before. I thought to write how I relieve my stress when working. I don’t know whether the methods mentioned here are 100% psychologically accurate. But I’m pretty sure that these won’t do any harm on you .

In our day to day work there are many situations where our stress increases due to various reasons. Some of them are work load, pressure mounted by the boss, unwanted interactions or behavior of other employees. When the stress is up, it is very hard to carry our day to day work. Most of the time I work, I face lot of stress due to the industry that I’m in. But when I’m stressed the first thing I do is going out from my desk and have a small walk about 5 minutes around the office or outside the office. If I’m still feeling stress, I normally listen to a classical or a mind relaxing song. Sometimes I listen to mind relaxing music.

I also do blogging as I mentioned in a previous post (Blogs, are they relieving our mental stress?) where I definitely relieve my mental stress in a great way. Another thing I do sometimes is looking at a fish tank 3D screen saver. And sometimes if I feel stress when I’m not working and at home, I play video games and watch movies. But one thing I don’t do is getting angry with someone on something. It will double, triple your stress.

Meditation is a very good way of relieving stress. There are many techniques where you can do meditation while you work which ultimate target is relieving your stress. But truly speaking, I haven’t done it yet which I would love to do. Some time when I feel stress, I talk with someone about it. If I can’t talk, I will definitely at least have a web chat with someone who cares about me and always willing to help.

These are the methods I follow to relieve from stress. Almost all of these techniques work for me. If you think that these might be useful to you also, why don’t you have a try?
